The team from Webb Surveying was very professional, detail oriented, and did their work exactly as we requested on our lake lot. We had owned this property for over 5 years when we decided to do some brush clearing to be replaced with some indigenous shrubbery for privacy between lots. However, we did not know exactly where the actual property lines were, and we decided we should get a survey completed before we started taking brush down. Boy! Were we surprised when our lot “grew” considerably on the west side. The Webb crew marked the property lines very visibly, as we requested; so we didn’t have any problems with our neighbors, which was very important to us. They gave us a fair price for the amount of work they did, including lot dimension drawings showing the home and driveway.
